At Sakazaki Engraving India Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality precision-engineered products and services. As most of our offerings are custom-manufactured or made-to-order, our refund and return policy is structured accordingly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product supplied is incorrect compared to the confirmed order
  • There is a manufacturing defect verified by our technical team

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, invoices, and supporting images/videos must be provided

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or customized products
  • Products manufactured as per client-approved drawings, samples, or specifications
  • Used, installed, or altered products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse
  • Orders cancelled after production has started

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if a return is approved by Sakazaki Global.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment
  • Any applicable bank or transaction charges may be deducted

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Nature of the issue
  • Client preference (where applicable)

Replacement timelines will be communicated after inspection and approval.

5. Shipping & Logistics

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the issue is due to our error
  • Sakazaki Global is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit
  • We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins
  • Once manufacturing or processing has started, cancellations are not permitted
  • Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

7. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable
  • Return approvals are subject to additional verification
  • Shipping timelines and costs may vary based on destination
