2. Products and Services

All dies are custom-engineered based on customer drawings, samples, or specifications.

Final design approval from the client is mandatory before manufacturing begins.

3. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Orders will be processed only upon written confirmation or issuance of an official Purchase Order (PO) along with the applicable advance payment.

Modifications requested after PO confirmation may result in price and/or delivery schedule revisions.

Custom-made dies are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes and exclusive of duties, packing, and freight, unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms shall be as stated in the quotation, Purchase Order, or invoice.

Delayed payments may attract interest charges as per prevailing commercial laws.

Sakazaki reserves the right to withhold dispatch of goods or services in case of overdue payments.

5. Delivery and Risk
Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to change due to raw material availability, technical requirements, or logistical constraints.

Any damage or loss during transit must be reported to Sakazaki within 24 hours of delivery for review.

6. Warranty and Service Policy

6.1 Coverage
Sakazaki offers a Service Warranty applicable only to dies and tools manufactured by Sakazaki.

The warranty remains valid only when regrinding, maintenance, or reconditioning is carried out by Sakazaki or its authorized service centers.

Dies manufactured by other suppliers do not fall under this service warranty.

The warranty covers workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and precision achieved through Sakazaki’s manufacturing and service processes.

6.2 Regrinding and Maintenance Cycles
Each Sakazaki die may undergo multiple regrinding or maintenance cycles, subject to application type and wear condition.

Sakazaki assigns a unique Service ID / Engraving Code to each die for traceability and service history.

After every regrinding, a Service Certificate is issued detailing the condition, work performed, and remaining regrind eligibility.

6.3 Authorized Service and Limitations
The warranty becomes void if the die is serviced, re-ground, or modified by any third party or local workshop.

The die shows physical damage, rust, or deformation due to mishandling.

The die is operated beyond its designed application or machine limits.

Sakazaki reserves the right to inspect all dies prior to acceptance and may decline service if the die is excessively worn, damaged, or unsafe for reconditioning.

6.4 Service Warranty Validity
Warranty and service policies apply only when clearly stated in the official Purchase Order (PO) or Service Agreement.

Clients must retain the Service Certificate and PO reference for warranty claims.

The warranty covers only service-related defects and excludes damage caused by machine installation or setup issues.

6.5 Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure proper handling, lubrication, cleaning, and storage of dies between production cycles.

Exposure to moisture, rust, impact, or contamination may void warranty coverage.

Correct machine alignment, pressure, and operating parameters must be maintained to prevent damage.

6.6 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage, unauthorized third-party regrinding, improper machine setup or misuse, corrosion, rusting, contamination, or normal wear and tear due to operational use.

6.7 Sakazaki’s Liability
Sakazaki’s liability is limited to repair, regrinding, or replacement at its discretion.

Claims related to production downtime, output loss, or consequential damages are excluded.

Regrinding turnaround time may vary based on die type and inspection findings.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, CAD models, drawings, engineering data, and tooling concepts developed by Sakazaki remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sakazaki. Clients shall not reproduce, disclose, distribute, or reverse engineer such materials without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality
All technical, design, and commercial information exchanged between Sakazaki and the client shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the agreed scope of supply or service. Disclosure to third parties requires prior written approval.

9. Force Majeure
Sakazaki shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, material shortages, transportation disruptions, power failures, or government regulations.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
